The person behind AcuRing
Hi, I'm Eyal Levy Lidor.

For more than 20 years, my mission has been to help people reduce pain and improve their quality of life.
As a Chinese medicine practitioner, I have gained experience from thousands of treatments: 22 years in private practice, 17 years in Israel's largest public healthcare network, four years as part of one of the country's leading physiotherapy clinics for sports injuries, and I even served as the house acupuncturist for a Thai boxing club in Chiang Mai.
Over the years I have treated children and adults, professional athletes and high-tech workers, people suffering from chronic pain and those seeking a way back to full function. Each person who comes to me brings a different story, and so I believe the treatment must also be personal and precise.
There is no greater satisfaction than the moment when a person who wakes up in pain finishes a treatment with a smile and hope. For me, this was never just a job — it's a way of life.
But over the years, one thought kept accompanying me and would not let me rest.
What happens after the patient leaves the clinic?
Life goes on. The pain sometimes returns. It's not always possible to get to a treatment exactly when you need it, and I wanted to find a way that would allow people to keep helping themselves between treatments.
I asked myself again and again:
How can the clinical knowledge accumulated over the years be turned into a simple tool that anyone can use — anytime, anywhere?
The answer came from one of the treatment methods I have been working with for years — Master Tung acupuncture, which is based, among other things, on powerful treatment points located on the fingers.
That's where the idea was born.
If those points can be stimulated with a needle, perhaps it can also be done in a simple, accessible, and needle-free way.
That's how AcuRing was born.
An acupressure ring developed from decades of clinical experience, registered as a patent, and accompanied by an app that guides the user step by step on how to use it according to their needs.
I believe that real treatment does not begin and end in the clinic. It begins the moment people are given tools to take responsibility for their own wellbeing.
We live in a busy and stressful world, and we often forget to stop for a moment and take care of ourselves. But when we do, it's not just us who benefit — our family, our work, and the people around us do too.
AcuRing is my way of taking more than two decades of clinical experience and making it accessible to everyone.
Because sometimes, a truly big change starts with a small step.
